• Sales Polices
• 30% of the sales price as deposit will hold a horse, rest to be payed in full, before horse leaves our farm
• Board is Euro 6.00 a day. Routene vet care, worming and farrier to be paid by buyer and due when service is provided.
• We recommend to make an insurance. The seller would not be responsible for injury or death of a horse, while at the farm and any money paid, are non refundable on horses.
• The horse(s) will remain on the property until paid in full.
• Additional unexpected expenses we might have during transportation of the horse(s) to their new home, has to be paid by the buyer.
• We reserve the right to deny any sale of any of our horses, baded on suitability, responsibility of horse owernership and/or proper facilities.
• If we have to find a sales horse for you, other then a horse from Pepper Ridge Swiss, we ask a 10% comission of the sales price of the horse. We will send you a separate bill.
• As an agent I agree to search the equine industry information bank for miniature horses for the consideration of the buyer .
  I agree to present these prospects to the buyer, with full disclosers available to me however, I am in no way responsible for situations that may arise, that are not available in the information reported to me. Compensation is spelled out as follows: The agree compensation shall be initiated immediately (within 24 hours) of the signatures of all parties on a Bill of Sale contract. If an animal is purchased from this referral it is the responsibility of the buyer to carry sufficient insurance on the value of said animal, if they so choose.  No other agreements or promises, verbal or implied are included unless specifically stated in a written agreement.  A Sales contract is entered into and will be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the United States of America and thus buyer agrees to waive the interpretation of the 9 day clause initiated by the government of Switzerland. All monies already payed are non refoundable.
